Marphona Farms has two annual audits from external National and International Auditing Agencies. Apart from these external audits, Marphona also has a high internal audit system as required to maintain the various certifications. The high standard of farm operation has been used to promote the “Marphona” brand in both national newspapers and agricultural magazines.

Several international magazines have run articles on the farm. Marphona Farms has featured as a quality farm, “Worthy of Imitation” on Northern Chinese Television. 

Employment
Along with the Green Valley Dairies processing and packaging plant, Marphona employs approximately 45 permanent staff and is the largest employer in the Mangatawhiri area, with about twenty staff for the operation of the dairy units. Around 15 staff members live on the farm and several children attend the local primary school.

Organic Milk Production
Marphona Farms is New Zealand’s largest Organic Dairy Farm & supplies the majority of the liquid organic milk available for sale in New Zealand.
